Design & Brand
Interfaces designed around the task.
Research, prototype, test, then build — so the expensive part happens after the design is proven.
Sound familiar?
- “Users abandon your signup at the same step and nobody knows why.”
- “Every screen was designed separately, so nothing looks like it belongs to the same product.”
- “Your team argues about design in opinions because there's no research to settle it.”
If any of those land, this is the page for you. Here's how we approach it.
What you get
What ui/ux design actually changes.
Fewer people drop out
Flows designed around the user's actual task, with the friction removed from the steps that lose them.
Decisions settled by evidence
Prototypes tested with real users, so design debates end with data rather than seniority.
Consistency by system
A component library and tokens, so the tenth screen matches the first without policing.
Cheaper to change
Fixing a prototype costs hours. Fixing a built feature costs weeks.
Accessible by default
Contrast, focus states and keyboard operation designed in — not retrofitted after an audit.
Handover engineers can use
Specs, states and tokens documented, so build matches design without constant clarification.
What's included
Everything in the engagement.
User research
Interviews and analysis of where users actually struggle.
Information architecture
Structure and navigation that matches how people look for things.
Wireframes
Low-fidelity flows to settle structure before visual design.
Visual design
Interface design grounded in a coherent system.
Interactive prototypes
Clickable flows testable before engineering starts.
Usability testing
Sessions with real users and prioritised findings.
Design system
Components, tokens and usage rules.
Developer handover
Specs, assets and all interaction states.

starting from
A clear brief you want delivered to a firm budget
- Fixed price agreed after discovery
- Defined deliverables and milestones
- Change requests quoted separately
- 90 days post-launch support
Dedicated team
₹3,50,000 / month
starting from
Evolving requirements, or an in-house team that needs capacity
- Senior engineers embedded in your standups
- Scale the team up or down monthly
- You set the priorities each sprint
- Direct access — no account manager layer
Retainer
₹1,20,000 / month
starting from
Ongoing improvement, maintenance and support after launch
- Agreed monthly hours
- Guaranteed response times
- Monitoring, patching and dependency upgrades
- Quarterly roadmap review
Yes. Plenty of clients take the design and build in-house — we produce the handover specifically for that. We'd rather you have a good design you build yourself than a mediocre one we build for you.
Five to eight interviews surfaces most usability issues for a given user group. Beyond that you get diminishing returns. Skipping research entirely is where the real cost is.
Often, and we start by finding what's working. A redesign that changes everything usually breaks flows users had learned. We fix what measurably underperforms and leave the rest.
We recruit representative participants, or test with internal people who match the profile as a starting point. Imperfect testing beats none — most serious usability problems are obvious to the first few participants.
