Why we exist
Most software projects fail quietly.
Not dramatically. They ship late, cost more than planned, and arrive as something nobody asked for — because the people building it never spoke to the people using it.
Sedwis was set up to work the opposite way. Short cycles, so you see progress every fortnight. Senior engineers on the call, so decisions get made instead of escalated.
