Eight to fourteen weeks for something real customers can pay for. The temptation is to build every feature first — the better move is to ship the core loop with billing working, then expand based on what usage tells you.
A shared database with strict row-level tenant scoping suits most products and is far cheaper to operate. Database-per-tenant makes sense when customers demand data residency or you're selling into regulated enterprises. We'll pick based on your buyers.
Razorpay if you're billing primarily in India — better UPI and local payment method support. Stripe for international revenue. Several of our clients run both, routed by customer geography.
SSO, audit logs, role-based permissions, data export, an uptime SLA, and a security questionnaire. Missing these blocks deals late in the cycle, which is the most expensive time to discover it.
Yes. SaaS is never finished — most clients keep a dedicated team or retainer for ongoing feature work, and we're set up for that.
