Case studies
Proof, with thenumbers attached.
Every result states how it was measured. Every case study says what we'd do differently.
Illustrative sample — not a real client engagement
These projects demonstrate the kind of work and the level of detail a real case study will carry. They are composites, not client work, and carry no client attribution. Real engagements replace them as clients give written permission.
How we write these
Three rules that make a case study worth reading.
Every number has a method
A percentage without a measurement method is marketing. We state how and over what period each result was measured.
The approach, not just the solution
Why we rejected the obvious option is more useful than a feature list — it's the part that shows judgement.
What we'd do differently
Every case study names something that didn't go to plan. Projects that went perfectly are projects nobody looked at closely.
