Intro call
30 minutes with an engineer, not HR. Mutual — you should be interviewing us too.
Technical conversation
A real problem, discussed together. No whiteboard algorithms, no take-home longer than three hours.
Team conversation
Meet the people you'd work with, ask them anything.
Offer
Within two working days of the last conversation. We won't leave you waiting.
Hybrid, based in Sector 63, Noida. Most engineers come in two or three days a week. Fully remote is possible for senior roles where the person has a track record of it.
Not currently. All roles are India-based, and most are NCR-based given the hybrid arrangement.
No algorithm puzzles. We discuss a real problem of the kind you'd work on, look at something you've built, and talk about a technical decision you'd now make differently. That last question tells us more than any test.
Yes, if you're strong. We keep speculative applications on file and genuinely do come back to them when a role opens. Tell us what you'd want to work on rather than sending a generic CV.
