1. These terms

These terms govern your use of https://sedwis.com and any information provided through it. By using the site you accept them. If you engage us for work, that engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement — a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work — which takes precedence over anything here.

• Don't use it unlawfully, or in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use.
• Don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
• Don't scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site without written permission.
• Don't submit anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing through our forms.

4. Information on this site

Content here is for general information. Case studies, statistics and timelines describe past work under particular conditions and are not a promise of the same outcome for you. Nothing on this site is professional advice or a binding offer — a quote becomes binding only when set out in a signed Statement of Work.

5. Enquiries and quotes

Estimates given before a discovery phase are indicative. We give a fixed price only after we understand the scope well enough to stand behind the number. We may decline any enquiry.

6. Confidentiality

We'll treat what you tell us about your project as confidential and use it only to respond to you. If you'd like a signed non-disclosure agreement before sharing anything, ask — we will provide one, or work under yours.

7. Intellectual property

The Sedwis name, logo, site design and content are ours or our licensors'. For client engagements, ownership of work product transfers to the client as set out in the signed agreement — our standard position is full transfer of the deliverables on payment, with us retaining rights to pre-existing tools and generic know-how.

8. Third-party links

We link to other sites for convenience and don't control or endorse them. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. Service levels for client engagements are defined in the applicable agreement.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud. Liability under a client engagement is capped and defined in the signed agreement.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
