Cloud & Ops
Cloud that costs what it should.
Migration, architecture and cost optimisation — usually paying for itself within the first few months.
Sound familiar?
- “Your cloud bill has doubled in a year and nobody can explain which service caused it.”
- “You're running on a single server with no failover and backups nobody has ever tested.”
- “Scaling for peak season means someone manually provisioning machines the night before.”
If any of those land, this is the page for you. Here's how we approach it.
What you get
What cloud solutions actually changes.
A bill you can explain
Right-sized instances, committed-use discounts and cost allocation by service — commonly 30–50% off an unoptimised bill.
Survives a failure
Redundancy and tested restores, so a single machine dying is an alert rather than an outage.
Scales without anyone awake
Auto-scaling that handles your peak and shrinks back afterwards.
Reproducible infrastructure
Defined as code, so environments match and can be rebuilt from scratch.
Secure by default
Network isolation, least-privilege access, encryption at rest and in transit.
Migrated without a blackout
Phased cutover with rollback at every stage rather than a weekend big-bang.
What's included
Everything in the engagement.
Cloud assessment
What you're running, what it costs, and what it should cost.
Migration planning
Phased approach with rollback points and a tested runbook.
Infrastructure as code
Terraform, so environments are reproducible.
Auto-scaling
Handle peak load without manual provisioning.
Backup & recovery
Automated backups with restores actually tested.
Cost optimisation
Right-sizing, reserved capacity and waste elimination.
Security hardening
IAM, network policy, encryption and audit logging.
Monitoring
Alerting on the metrics that predict an incident.

Engagement models
Pick the risk model that suits you.
Indicative starting points. We give a firm number after discovery — a fixed price quoted before we understand the scope is a number designed to be revised.
Fixed scope
₹8,00,000
starting from
A clear brief you want delivered to a firm budget
- Fixed price agreed after discovery
- Defined deliverables and milestones
- Change requests quoted separately
- 90 days post-launch support
Dedicated team
₹3,50,000 / month
starting from
Evolving requirements, or an in-house team that needs capacity
- Senior engineers embedded in your standups
- Scale the team up or down monthly
- You set the priorities each sprint
- Direct access — no account manager layer
Retainer
₹1,20,000 / month
starting from
Ongoing improvement, maintenance and support after launch
- Agreed monthly hours
- Guaranteed response times
- Monitoring, patching and dependency upgrades
- Quarterly roadmap review
AWS has the widest service range and the deepest hiring pool in India. Azure if you're already committed to Microsoft licensing. Google Cloud is strong for data and ML workloads. The differences matter less than picking one and using it properly.
On an unoptimised bill, 30–50% is common — mostly from oversized instances, unattached storage, forgotten environments and unused commitments. We start with an audit that quantifies it before you commit to anything.
It shouldn't. We migrate in phases with the old system running in parallel and a rollback at every stage. The final cutover is usually minutes, scheduled for your quietest window.
Probably not. It's excellent at genuine scale and significant operational overhead below it. Managed container services or plain VMs serve most businesses better, and we'll recommend those where they fit.
For a marketing site and modest traffic, often yes — and we'll tell you rather than sell a migration you don't need. Move when you need redundancy, scaling or compliance you can't get otherwise.
