Consult & Support
A real product in front of real users.
Eight to twelve weeks to something people can actually use and pay for — built to be extended, not discarded.
Sound familiar?
- “You've been planning for eight months and nothing is in front of a user.”
- “Investors want traction and you have a deck instead of a product.”
- “Your last prototype was a throwaway and you'd be starting again to build for real.”
If any of those land, this is the page for you. Here's how we approach it.
What you get
What mvp development actually changes.
Live in weeks
A working product with real users and real payments in eight to twelve weeks.
Learn from behaviour
Analytics instrumented from day one, so decisions come from what people do rather than what they say.
Built to extend
Not a throwaway prototype — proper foundations you can build the real product on.
Scope kept honest
We'll push back on features that don't test the core assumption. That discipline is most of the value.
Something to show
A working product is a materially stronger fundraising asset than a deck.
Cheap to change direction
Small, well-structured and documented, so a pivot costs weeks rather than a rebuild.
What's included
Everything in the engagement.
Scoping workshop
Identify the one assumption the MVP must test.
Rapid prototyping
Clickable flows validated before engineering.
Core build
The essential loop, built properly.
Payments
Real transactions from launch — the strongest signal there is.
Analytics
Activation, retention and funnels instrumented.
Admin tooling
Enough to operate without a developer.
Launch support
Deployment, monitoring and first-week fixes.
Next-phase roadmap
What to build next, based on the data.
How we deliver
You'll know where it stands every week.

Industries
Where we've done this.
- Finance & FintechKYC, lending and payments built to audit.
- HealthcareABDM-ready systems for hospitals, clinics and diagnostics.
- EducationAdmissions to alumni, on one record.
- Retail & E-commerceStock, storefront and marketplace in sync.
- Real EstateLead to site visit to booking, without a spreadsheet.
- TravelGDS, payments and itineraries in one booking flow.
Engagement models
Pick the risk model that suits you.
Indicative starting points. We give a firm number after discovery — a fixed price quoted before we understand the scope is a number designed to be revised.
Fixed scope
₹8,00,000
starting from
A clear brief you want delivered to a firm budget
- Fixed price agreed after discovery
- Defined deliverables and milestones
- Change requests quoted separately
- 90 days post-launch support
Dedicated team
₹3,50,000 / month
starting from
Evolving requirements, or an in-house team that needs capacity
- Senior engineers embedded in your standups
- Scale the team up or down monthly
- You set the priorities each sprint
- Direct access — no account manager layer
Retainer
₹1,20,000 / month
starting from
Ongoing improvement, maintenance and support after launch
- Agreed monthly hours
- Guaranteed response times
- Monitoring, patching and dependency upgrades
- Quarterly roadmap review
Most land between ₹8 lakh and ₹25 lakh depending on complexity. If the number you have in mind is far below that, tell us — sometimes the right advice is a no-code validation first, and we'll say so.
Almost everything except the core loop and payments. Admin dashboards, settings, integrations and edge cases can wait. The MVP exists to answer one question: will people use and pay for this?
Not if it's built properly. We use conventional patterns, real test coverage on critical paths and a sensible data model — so version two is an extension, not a restart. Fast and disposable are not the same thing.
No. Equity arrangements misalign incentives on a short engagement and complicate your cap table before you have a valuation. We'd rather be a straightforward supplier you can leave.
Yes — most clients move to a dedicated team once the MVP validates. But you're free to take it in-house, which is exactly why we document as we build.
