Serving United States

An engineering team that overlaps your morning.

Four to six hours of daily overlap with US Eastern, senior engineers only, and contracts your counsel will recognise.

The objection from US buyers is almost never price. It's whether communication will work, whether the code will be maintainable, and what happens legally if it goes wrong. All three are addressable, and we'd rather address them upfront.

How we work with you

The practical arrangements.

01

Real overlap, not 'flexible hours'

Our team starts early enough for four to six hours with US Eastern. That's committed in writing, not a best effort.

02

Written communication first

Decisions land in writing on your board so nothing depends on someone being awake for a call.

03

Code you can hand over

Conventional patterns, tests and documentation — because the real offshore risk is a codebase your next team can't read.

04

Contracts your counsel recognises

US-enforceable terms, clear IP assignment, and we'll work under your MSA rather than insisting on ours.

FAQ

Questions from United States.

Our team starts early to give four to six hours of overlap with US Eastern, committed in the contract. Beyond that, we work written-first — decisions are recorded on the board, so progress doesn't depend on a live call.

We build to HIPAA requirements for healthcare clients, including BAAs. We're not SOC 2 certified ourselves — we'll say so rather than imply otherwise — but we build systems that pass your auditor's review.

You do, from day one. IP assignment is in the contract, the repository is in your organisation, and cloud accounts are in your name.

USD invoices via wire or ACH, monthly in arrears. No advance for ongoing engagements.
