FAQ

Questions we getbefore the first call.

Cost, timelines, ownership and what it's actually like working with us — answered plainly.

01

Cost & commercials

Most first projects land between ₹8 lakh and ₹60 lakh depending on scope. Our cost estimator gives an indicative range in three questions, and we give a firm figure after a one-to-two-week discovery. If your budget won't cover what you've described, we'll say so rather than quote something that overruns.

Because a fixed price quoted before anyone understands the scope is a number designed to be revised. Our products do have real published prices — those are known quantities. Custom work isn't.

Typically 30% on signing for fixed-scope work, then against milestones. Dedicated teams and retainers are billed monthly in arrears. We don't ask for the full amount upfront.

Around ₹5 lakh for projects — below that, discovery and setup overhead dominates and you'd get poor value. One month for a dedicated developer. Tell us your budget and we'll be straight about whether it fits.

02

Working together

A focused MVP is 8–12 weeks. A full enterprise platform is 4–9 months. You get a working demo every two weeks throughout, so progress is visible rather than promised.

The engineers building your system, in a shared channel. There's no account manager relaying messages — that's usually where information gets lost and decisions get slow.

They will, and that's normal rather than a failure. On a dedicated team you re-prioritise the next sprint. On fixed scope we quote the change separately so the original budget stays predictable.

One decision-maker who can settle a question within a day, about two hours a week for the sprint demo and planning, and access to a few real users. Projects that go wrong usually go wrong on these, and nobody says so upfront.

03

Ownership & confidentiality

Completely, from day one — not on final payment. The repository is in your organisation, cloud accounts are in your name, and full IP assignment is written into the contract. You can take the project elsewhere at any point.

Yes, and you don't have to ask. We'll send one before the first call, or work under yours instead of ours.

We don't copy production data to developer machines — we work with anonymised or synthetic data. Data residency is honoured for whichever jurisdiction you need. Full detail is on our security page.

04

After launch

Ninety days included on every project — bug fixes, small changes and monitoring. After that you can move to a retainer, take it in-house, or do nothing. There's no lock-in either way.

That's what we build for. Conventional patterns rather than clever ones, real test coverage, and documentation written as we go. We'll pair with your engineers during handover.

Often, yes. We start with a paid technical audit so both sides know what we're inheriting. Sometimes the honest answer is that a rebuild costs less than a rescue, and we'll tell you if that's the case.

05

Working with an Indian team

Committed overlap, written into the contract — four to six hours with US Eastern, near-full overlap with the UK, UAE, Singapore and Australia. We also work written-first, so progress doesn't depend on anyone being awake for a call.

They're fair concerns given how offshore development is often sold. Our answer is senior engineers only, a working demo every fortnight, and code you own from day one — so you can verify quality continuously rather than trusting a promise.

Please do. We're at G-334, Sector 63, Noida. Meeting the people who'd build your system tells you more than any proposal.
