If your budget won't cover what you've described, we'll say so rather than quote something that overruns.

Because a fixed price quoted before anyone understands the scope is a number designed to be revised. Our products do have real published prices — those are known quantities. Custom work isn't.

Typically 30% on signing for fixed-scope work, then against milestones. Dedicated teams and retainers are billed monthly in arrears. We don't ask for the full amount upfront.
